Reservations for parties of 1-5 guests can be made any time by using our public reservations system. Any party larger than 5 guests will require a private link to make a reservation, and the following specific policies will apply to the reservation:

  • Reservations for large parties are only available via request to info@ssalsf.com. Please email us your request for a large party and we will let you know if we can accommodate the request.

  • Parties of 6 may be seated on one table. In order to facilitate the service of our menu, we will not be able to provide our full range of services for parties of 6.

  • Parties of 7 or 8 will have to seated on two separate tables and served as two separate parties. We do not push tables together, and we ask that you refrain from mingling in the dining during dinner. This is in order to protect the quality of the experience for you and our other guests. The two tables may be near each other, but we do not promise anything as the specific configuration of our dining room will depend on our reservations for that evening.

  • Parties of 9 or larger are not possible without a private event contract.

  • All menus for large parties must be paid in full to confirm the reservation. If we approve your request, we will email a link to complete the reservation. The reservation will not be secured until the menus have been paid for and a confirmation email received.

  • Cancellation requests made at least 72 hours before the reservation time will receive a 50% refund.

  • Any cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation and no-shows will not be refunded.

  • In order to reschedule or change your party size we will need at least 48 hours notice. Any rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the reservation may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation.
